  •   Initiates   the repair of broken IT equipment
  •   Profile   issues
  •   Software   faults
  •   Provides   written tutorials for solving common issues and posts on the IT Support   website
  •   Installation of new hardware.

  •   Administrator for Moodle (course names,   creation of new courses)
  •   Distributes staff training for Moodle
  •   Co ordinate IT Lead Team staff and student   groups
  •   Implement E-Learning pedagogy
  •   Provides written training for staff on the It   support page
  •   Posts information on the School website
  •   Liaison with Heads of Faculty re IT teaching   and learning needs
  •   Supports staff with new IT  initiatives
  •   Distributes cybersafety information for staff   and students
  •   Implementation of Microsoft 365 during 2014

  •   Responds to new hardware requests (ipad   allocation, laptops, data projectors)
