Students at Waiuku College have access to a free copy of Microsoft Office 365 to use at school and home on a personal device.
Staff Access to Office: Staff are not eligible to access office through the Office 365 Student Advantage programme. To request software for home use, please contact IT Support.
Installing the Office Suite on your Personal Computer
Click on Student Services – Office 365
Log in to the Waiuku College Single Sign-on Portal with your school email and password.
When logging in for the first time, you will be required to set a Language and Timezone. These should be set to English (New Zealand) and Auckland
You will be logged in to the home page of Office 365.
Click the Install Office 2016
Click Install. The Office 365 installer will download.
Run the downloaded Office Installer.
Follow any instructions. Windows will download and install office. Shortcuts will be placed in your start menu. When the installation is complete you’ll see the following screen.
All done! Office 365 is now installed and is free for you to use as long as you are a student at Waiuku College.
